Refund policy

Bedding is final sale
Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a refund within 7 days of original purchase. Must have receipt and item is in original packaging and in new condition. After 7 days item can not be returned or exchanged.
Re-stock fee: All returns paid by credit card or debit card over $150 are subject to a 7% restock fee. This fee will be calculated on the after tax total and will deducted from the amount refunded.  
 
Gifts: Item may be exchanged if within 7 days of Original Purchase Date not date gift was received for a store credit. Must have receipt and item is in original packaging and in new condition. After 7 days item can not be returned or exchanged.
Seasonal Items including greens are Final Sale.
 

On Sale Items & Gift Cards are always Final Sale 

Custom Ordered Items: All custom ordered items must have a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit prior to the item being ordered. All custom ordered items are not returnable and 100% non-refundable.
 
On-Line Orders: Same policy guidelines as above with an additional 3 days added if shipped. Shipping will not be reimbursed and return shipping at expense of customer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refund will be for product(s) only, initial shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is at purchasers expense. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
Exchanges can be done in-store within 7 days from original purchase date, as per return policy.
